What makes someone Special to you??

We all have friends and sometimes when looking for someone, whether for relationship or just friendship, we sometimes look for certain characteristics and values. What do you look for, or what should we look for when searching for new friends and relationship? Is it the way they look, walk and talk? The answer is a big NO.

It's the way they make you feel.Maybe they've changed your life somehow,in a way you thought noone could.or maybe it's just because, everytime you're with them, you realize, the reason they're special is because you love them and there's,just no way to describe a love that strong. At this point I remember the song 'Look into my eyes, you will see what you mean to me'...

Sometimes we spend a lot of time seeking for answers and also for certain things within our life. Yes, through my life I did seek for one thing mostly .. I searched for happiness.

I have gone through a lot of hurt and pain sometimes even had the question of what is the meaning of life.I was sad and upset and felt like I had nothing going for me, no joy, no love, had friends... but did not have a special person whom to talk and discuss things with.

At this time a special sweet person came my way, into my life.Slowly we got to know each other and I felt something special and a Divine feeling deep within my heart. Now this special person is a big part of my life.Yes, He is my husband and means a lot to me.

Sweetheart I only want you to know that i love you so much, and my heart is all yours , you own the key to its joy.

Tips for a healthy married life

The bond of marriage is regarded as divinely ordained in most religious traditions. As such, it carries with it the promise of God's blessing, and should be full of love and joy.Well Well, in this era of failing marriages and a fast track to divorce, I simply thought of few things that can save your marriage.

This is for those husbands who like to be tyrants.Do not be a Tyrant.Never be emotionally, mentally, or physically abusive to your spouse.

Being partners in the Decision Making Process helps to bring harmony in the family when decisions are not imposed and everyone feels that they had some part in making them.

Be very careful what you say when you are upset.Sometimes you will say things that you would never say when you were not angry.

Show affection for your mate. Be kind, gentle, and loving.Show interest in your mate's life. Too often, we live in the same house but know nothing about each other's lives. It would be great if the husband and wife could work together for the same cause or on the same project.

Show appreciation for what your spouse does for the family. Never make your husband feel that he is not doing good enough for the family or that you are not satisfied with his work or his efforts, unless, of course, he is truly lazy and not even trying to provide for the family.Show your wife that you appreciate her. If she takes care of the house and the children, don't take it for granted. It is hard work, and no one likes to feel unappreciated.

Work Together in the House.Forget Past Problems.Don't bring up past problems once they have been solved.

Simple Living and High Thinking. Don't be jealous of those who seem to be living a more luxurious life than your family.

Communication, Communication, Communication! This is the big word in counseling. And it should be. Husbands and wives need to talk to each other. It is better to deal with problems early and honestly than to let them pile up until an explosion occurs.

Give Your Spouse Time Alone. If your mate doesn't want to be with you all the time, it doesn't mean he or she doesn't love you. People need to be alone for various reasons. Sometimes they want to read, to think about their problems, or just to relax. Don't make them feel that they are committing a sin.

Admit Your Mistakes. When you make a mistake, admit it. When your mate makes a mistake, excuse him or her easily. If possible, never go to sleep angry with
each other.

Try to have meals together always.Try to eat together as a family when possible. Show the cook and the dishwasher, whether it is the husband or the wife, appreciation for his or her efforts.

Be Mindful of Your discussion Topics.Never discuss with others things about your marriage that your spouse wouldn't like you to discuss.

And finally abundance of love brings abundance of patience, for love hopes all things, and suffers all things and faithfulness, that both bend their wits and all their endeavors to the help each of other. Success is sure to embrace you.

Good marriages require patience, kindness, humility, sacrifice, empathy, love, understanding, forgiveness, and hard work. Following these principles should
help any marriage to improve. The essence of them all can be summed up in one sentence: Always treat your spouse the way you would like to be treated.
If you follow this rule, your marriage will have a much greater chance for success. As Barnett R. Brickner says ''Success in marriage does not come merely through finding the right mate, but through being the right mate.''If you discard this rule, failure is just around the corner.

A Chef So Dedicated to His Craft!

It all started when I started watching Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. My early reaction to Gordon Ramsay, was not good.I was literally shocked and surprised at his attitude. But then I saw Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares....this program totally changed my opinion about him.

I bet that a lot of people's opinions are based on especially the strong language that he uses. But all our opinions are wrong. Read the book Humble Pie and you will see what I mean. Gordon Ramsay is a human being like the rest of us and it shows throughout the book from its beginning till the end, the love he shows for his mother to the support he has tried to give to his heroin addicted younger brother.I love Gordon Ramsay. He is simply a great chef.

To get where he is today Gordon has had to demonstrate unwavering determination to succeed and to learn his trade. Would you dare to give up a top position as a London chef to go to France and touch the rock bottom and start all over again so that you could gain further experience and learn more? Not me!Gordon Ramsay did exactly this. Having been Sous Chef to Marco Pierre White, when his restaurant was leading the way in London, he gave it all up to start in Paris as a Commis Chef . . . taking all the shit arrogant French chefs could throw his way in pursuit of excellence.

Gordon Ramsay deserves all the success he has achieved. He has served his time and worked for it, and along the way he has gone through a lot of personal grief to get there, all of which is included in Humble Pie.

Someone to admire and respect. One of life's achievers. Don't believe me? Well read the f ***ing book then!

A bit of his Biography for those newbies
Gordon James Ramsay was born on 8 November 1966.He studied at Stratford-upon-Avon High School and gained an HND in Hotel Management from North Oxon Technical College in 1987. Before his HND, Gordon Ramsay had a spell as a professional footballer at Glasgow Rangers from 1982 to 1985.

In his autobiography, Humble Pie, Gordon Ramsay revealed that he paid for heroin for his brother, Ronnie Ramsay, to get him to attend their father's funeral.

Lovely London

The wonderful, vibrant historic Capital city of UK.I think that very few capitals of the world can have inspired so many artists, poets and most of all writers, as London. This sprawling metropolis is filled with treasures theres so much to do all the time and to complete touring London in a day seemed ridiculous. We wanted to make the most of our trip and so we decided to cover at least some. We started off as soon as we landed and covered the following.

Buckingham Palace
This palace, the official residence of the queen, was once upon a time was just Buckingham house built for the Duke of Buckingham.George IV commissioned John
Nash to rebuild the Buckingham house into Buckingham Palace. We went inside the Royal state rooms. They were lavishly furnished with some of the greatest royal collection treasures such as paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens, Poussin and Canaletto; sculpture by Canova; exquisite examples of Sèvres porcelain; and some of the finest English and French furniture. It was simply marvellous!!

It seems magnificent banquets are held in the palace in a traditional way to mark significant events and the State Banquet is the most important of them, held in honour of a visiting Head of State. This is the occasion when the queen and other members of the Royal Family entertain around 160 specially invited guests on the first evening of a State Visit. We had the chance to see the horseshoe-shaped table dressed with a dazzling display of silver-gilt from the magnificent Grand Service, lavish buffet arrangements of jewelled cups, ivory tankards and chased dishes, sconces, shields. It was spectacular!!

Big Ben:
The world's most famous timepiece. This is actually the nickname of the bell housed within the Clock Tower.Big Ben is named after Sir Benjamin Hall

No. 10 Downing St

The official residence of the prime minister isn't much of a sight but it's been the home of everybody from Sir Winston Churchill to Margaret Thatcher. It's the most famous address in Britain, other than Buckingham Palace.

London Eye
The newest major attraction is the London Eye.It is similar to a Giant wheel. The passengers are taken in capsules for a ride and it takes around 30 minutes to complete its revolution

The Tower Bridge
The most famous bridge in the world.History says that it took eight years to
build Tower Bridge. The bridge was completed in 1894.Horace Jones and John Wolfe Barry were the key architects behind this world famous bridge. It was phenomenal to watch the Tower Bridge lifted to allow tall ships, cruise ships to pass through.

Saravana Bhavan:
When it comes to South Indian food, you really cannot beat Saravana Bhavan. So we thought of visiting saravana Bhavan in East Ham.As usual we went unbooked and landing there we saw a big queue.Thank God it was only us, for if it were a group we would have come back disappointed. The only drawback here is the lack of space, but the food compensates it all. It felt almost like eating back in India aain. Especially when you are new to UK, this place makes you feel at home.

Transport for London:
One of London's obssessives is the London tube trains. It is the oldest and one of the busiest underground railway networks in the world.London transportation via the Tube is efficient, and runs early in the morning til late at night.I wonder how they dug deep tunnels.Especially under water. What a dangerous and tricky business it must have been!!!Well what can I say... the architecture of London amuses me a lot.

At the end of a funfilled but tiring day packed with sightseeing and good eating, we were glad that we didn't fall prey to the charms of the snooze button.

London will serve as the host city for the Summer Olympic Games of 2012. This will make London the first city to hold the Olympic Games three times, having hosted the games previously in 1908 and 1948.
